Ground Truth
Ground truth is the military term for what is actually happening on the ground, as opposed to what the briefing says. Every CivicForge agent starts with someone going and looking. This is where we write down what we found.
We do not build from market reports. Before a CivicForge agent exists, somebody goes and sits with the problem: in a government ministry, in a research literature, on a factory floor. Ground Truth is the record of that work, one entry per agent. It is the long version of why each of our agents is shaped the way it is, including the parts where we were wrong going in.
