Who we are
A Team of Veterans
We started CivicForge on one idea: technology should serve the people it reaches, in the decisions they make every day. We are based in Virginia.

A company this size normally cannot run a portfolio of products. Ours does, because the work that usually needs twenty to thirty hires is done by AI agents working under a named human who is accountable for the outcome. Agents draft, research, build, report and monitor. Humans decide anything consequential, irreversible or externally visible, and that boundary is written down rather than assumed.
That is not a cost-saving story. It is the reason every product line gets a Director's full attention.
