Extra voice minutes: 30 for $15, used after your monthly minutes. Unused extra minutes carry over to the next month. Each call rounds up to the next whole minute. In your first 7 days, voice use is capped at 30 minutes, which counts toward your monthly minutes.

Money back within 7 days of your first payment. After that, cancelling stops renewal and you keep access through the end of the month you paid for. No term commitment on any plan.

Questions before you join

Is there a free trial?

No. We do not offer a free trial. Your plan starts and is charged when you check out. If it is not right for you, ask for your money back within 7 days of your first payment.

How do I cancel?

Write to operations@civicforge.io and we will cancel your plan. There is no term commitment. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the month you paid for. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, you get your money back. After that, there is no refund.

What are voice minutes?

Flow can call you with reminders and your morning brief. Core includes 90 voice minutes a month and Plus includes 150. In your first 7 days, voice use is capped at 30 minutes, which counts toward your monthly minutes. Each call rounds up to the next whole minute. Extra minutes you buy carry over to the next month. Calls and texts are optional and need your consent.

What does the beta price lock mean?

If you join during the open beta, you keep your monthly price for 12 months.

Does George connect to my bank?

Not today. You log your purchases yourself until bank linking launches, and George never moves money.
