PROACTIVE DAILY EXECUTION AGENT

Begin the day with the commitments that matter

You already know what matters this week. Flow helps you do it: a call at the time you choose with a prioritized brief of what the day requires, and quiet the rest of the time.

THE PROBLEM

It Was Never About Willpower

Complex lives break rigid schedules. Caregiving hours interlock across a household, work bleeds into recovery time, and the plan that looked perfect on Sunday collapses by Tuesday. The failure is not discipline; it is a template that ignored your constraints.

Productivity advice keeps prescribing one ideal routine. The research does not support one. So Flow is not a template, a timer, or another to-do list. Flow fits the schedule to the life.

HOW FLOW WORKS

Three Steps. One Week at a Time.

Step 1 : Tell Flow your constraints

A short onboarding learns your anchors, your best hours, and the people who count on you. Upload the documents that run your life, rosters, syllabi, and shift schedules, and Flow reads the deadlines out of them.

Step 2 : Flow proposes the week, you approve it

Flow sorts your time into peak-focus, constrained, and low-friction windows, then proposes the week around them. You review every proposal. Nothing lands on your calendar until you approve it.

Step 3 : The morning brief

Each morning Flow calls at the time you chose with a brief capped at three priority outcomes. Through the day, one courteous note when a block begins, one optional check-in, and a completion check at the end. You set the timing, the frequency, and when Flow pauses.

THE EVIDENCE

Built on Research, Not Routines

Chronotype does not determine who performs better; aligning demanding work with a person’s best hours does, with the strongest effects for attention, memory, and analytical problem solving (Chauhan et al., 2025; May et al., 2023). Clear temporal structure promotes earlier starts and steadier effort on long, multi-step work (Cheng et al., 2026). And sustaining daily routines under stress is associated with better day-to-day functioning (Liang et al., 2023; Liu et al., 2024). That research shaped Flow’s design; it does not yet measure Flow itself, and we will publish Flow’s own outcomes when we have them.

The research is equally clear on what fails: complete lockouts backfire, static rules decay, and interruptions carry their own cognitive tax.

The lesson engineered into Flow: optimize fit, not force. One brief, optional check-in per block, and a schedule that explains what it changed, and why.

DELIBERATE BOUNDARIES

What Flow Will Never Do

Flow never edits your calendar without your approval. Every change is proposal-first.

Flow never shares your documents. They are used to build your schedule, and nothing else.

Flow never buries a change. What it did, and why, is always visible.

Flow is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It makes no treatment or clinical claims, and silence is always an option Flow respects. You set when Flow may call, how often, and when it stops. Pause is always available.
